Software Engineer - integrations (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Field Community Partners and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. You would join a large organisation of about 633 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about grant reporting into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
