Software Engineer - integrations (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Meadow Community Partners Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 843 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about donor records into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
