Software Engineer - integrations (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Ivory Legal Group is a Milwaukee practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on integrations. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about client files into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
