Software Engineer - integrations (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Drift Legal Group is a law firm in Milwaukee serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about court deadlines into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
