Software Engineer - integrations (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Linden Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Madison focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on integrations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
