Software Engineer - integrations (Louisville, KY)

Amberfield Timber Medical Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 316 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about training materials into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
