Software Engineer - integrations (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Pine Community Partners and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about donor records into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
