Software Engineer - integrations (Fresno, CA)

Rivermark Pike Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Fresno. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on integrations. You would join a large organisation of about 796 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about claims into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
