Software Engineer - integrations (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Corner Early Learning is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Turn requests about tuition and subsidies into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
