Software Engineer - integrations (Columbus, OH)

Greenridge Pike Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Columbus. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on integrations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about classroom supplies into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
