Software Engineer - integrations (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Wren Telecom and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about service installations into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
