Software Engineer - integrations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Highbridge Vista Learning Group is an education provider in Colorado Springs serving students and families, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Turn requests about attendance records into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
