Software Engineer - integrations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Silverline Beacon Financial is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about account servicing into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
