Software Engineer - integrations (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Umber Facilities Group is a facilities company in Boston with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about customer sites into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
