Software Engineer - integrations (Boston, MA)

Summit Corner Early Learning is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Boston. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about meal programmes into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
