Software Engineer - integrations (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quill Health Group and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about referrals into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
