Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Bridge Health is a healthcare provider in Virginia Beach with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 567 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
