Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Pike Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tucson area, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around attendance records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
