Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bright Pike Insurance and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
