Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Ivory Health Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 680 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
