Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Clear Arts Center and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around school partnerships that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in school partnerships. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
