Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Health Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 908 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
