Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Willow Medical and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
