Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Meridian Health Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
