Senior UX Designer - research and testing (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Ridge Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 490 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in family communication. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
