Senior UX Designer - research and testing (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen Stone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in St. Louis working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Design for tasks around fare systems that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in fare systems. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
