Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Seattle, WA)

Summit Cedar Health Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 860 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
