Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Corner Medical is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
