Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Reno, NV)

Bright River Press Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around press runs that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
