Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Clear Banking Services and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in branch operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
