Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Foxglove Junction Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Rochester, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 393 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in promotions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
