Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Amber Community Partners Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in donor records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
