Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Summit Pharma Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
