Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Cedar Meridian Health is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
