Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Highbridge Iron Early Learning is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around tuition and subsidies that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in tuition and subsidies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
