Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Summit Linden Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
