Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Stonegate Ridge Insurance is an insurance company in Minneapolis with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
