Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Bluepeak Ridge Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Memphis, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
