Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Stonegate Kestrel Markets is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
