Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Greenridge Hollow Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around event logistics that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in event logistics. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
