Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Clearpath Amber Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Nashville. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
