Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Cedar Junction Insurance is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
