Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Loom Pharma Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
