Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Harborlight Corner Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Denver. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
