Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Highbridge Markets is a Seattle retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
