Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Bright Pine Medical is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in clinical evaluations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
