Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Early Learning runs childcare centres in Anchorage caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
