Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Ironwood Cross Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Memphis serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in account openings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
