Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Fox Early Learning and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 685 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
