Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sable Financial Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 793 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in loan applications. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
